Accessibility Statement
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard and with a screen reader.
This English version is a courtesy translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
01 Our standard
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is built in from the component up, not remediated afterward.
02 Why it matters twice over in real estate
An inaccessible real estate site can violate both the ADA and the Fair Housing Act at the same time. It is an exposure this industry has and others do not.
03 What is already in place
Full keyboard navigation, visible focus on every control, a skip-to-content link, measured contrast, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, labels associated with every field, and respect for the system's reduced-motion preference.
04 How it is verified
Contrast is not estimated: every color combination on the site goes through an automated audit on every change — more than three hundred measurements against the AA thresholds — and the site is not published if any of them fails. The same suite checks that every control that responds to the pointer responds the same way to the keyboard.
05 What is still pending
A testing session with a real screen reader, with users and not only with tools, before the public launch. Automation finds what can be measured; a person finds the rest.
06 If you find a barrier
Write to us and we will fix it. A specific report is worth more than a generic audit.
