Sell

What you actually walk away with.

We do not promise an automated value for your home: that takes a person looking at your property. What we can give you right now is the full math of what is left after everything.

Seller net calculator

The first question every seller asks, and one almost no site answers without asking for your phone number. Documentary stamps and the title policy calculate themselves from the rates set by the State of Florida, and you can change them if your contract says otherwise.

The sale
In dollars. Type it or move the slider.
What you owe the lender today. Leave blank if it is paid off.
Commissions

Commissions are fully negotiable and are not set by any law, association or MLS. The field starts empty on purpose: enter what you agreed to or what you are considering.

Closing costs
Calculated automatically: $0.70 per $100 of the price (Florida law).
Calculated automatically from the rate the state promulgates. In Lee County the seller usually pays it; in Collier, the buyer.
Searches, closing agent fee, tax prorations, estoppel.
Leave blank if it does not apply.

How we set the price

Five active listings, five pending and five sold in your area. We compare them one by one, and the range comes from that, not from a hunch.

Who pays for title in your county

In Lee County the seller customarily pays; in Collier, the buyer. But custom is not law: your contract governs. That is why the field is editable.

Your property is valued by a person

A local agent visits it, compares it with what actually sold nearby, and gives you the range with the comparables in plain view. No cost, no obligation.

Request a valuation
If you already have an agreement with another agent, that agent is the one who should help you here, and we will not contact you to represent you. Just tell us and we will respect that agreement.
Contact consent If you leave it unchecked, we will reply by email only.
