Studio Booking Terms
Rules for using the podcast room.
This English version is a courtesy translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
01 How to book
In one-hour blocks, with a minimum of one and a maximum of two hours per booking for internal users. The hour is blocked for everyone the instant it is confirmed. Each booking requires the name of the person who will record.
02 Cancellation
The owner of the booking releases it themselves from their account. The coordination team may cancel a booking when there is an operational conflict, notifying the person.
03 Care of the space
The studio is handed over and left in the same condition. Installed equipment is not disconnected or moved. Any damage is reported to the coordination team the same day.
04 Responsibility
Whoever books is responsible for the people they bring, for their conduct inside the office and for making sure they know these rules.
05 Content
The office does not review what is recorded in advance, and the content does not necessarily represent its position. Whoever records is responsible for the material they publish.
06 Inside the office
The studio is a physical space with electrical equipment, cables and furniture. Whoever books represents that they use the space at their own risk to the extent the law permits, agrees to follow the coordination team's instructions, and immediately reports any unsafe condition they find. Nothing here limits liability that Florida law does not allow to be limited.
07 Use by the founders
Founding agents have courtesy terms set by the Board: personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use, retained for twelve months if they leave the office.
