Studio Membership Terms
Conditions for members of the recording studio — including people from outside the office.
This English version is a courtesy translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
01 What the membership is
Studio membership gives access to the podcast platform: viewing availability, booking the room in one-hour blocks and managing your own bookings. It is separate from access to the office platform: an outside member enters ONLY the studio.
02 How to get it
The operations coordination team creates each user and activates access. No one registers on their own. For the office's agents, access is activated from the panel; for outside people, a user of their own is created under these conditions.
03 Rates
Memberships and rates for outside people are not open yet: today the studio is used by the office team. When they open, the price, the payment method and the cancellation policy will be published here BEFORE the first dollar is charged.
04 Renewal and cancellation
If any membership ever renews automatically, the renewal will be disclosed clearly and visibly on the purchase page itself — not buried in a document — and it can be CANCELED THROUGH THE SAME MEANS by which it was purchased: if you subscribed with one click here, you cancel with one click here. That is what Florida's automatic renewal law requires (Fla. Stat. 501.165), which also voids the renewal when it is not met. Until that button exists within the platform, no automatic renewal is activated.
05 Recording and consent
Florida requires the consent of all parties to record (Fla. Stat. 934.03). By booking you accept this platform's recording consent and commit to making sure every person you bring knows it before entering the room.
06 Your content and your responsibility
What you record is yours and you answer for it: for holding the rights to any music you use, the authorization of the people who appear and the truthfulness of what you state. The office does not review content in advance and may remove from its channels material that exposes it legally.
07 The space and the equipment
The room is handed over in working order and returned the same way. Installed equipment is not disconnected or moved. Damage is reported the same day, and damage caused by negligence is paid for by whoever booked.
08 Suspension
The coordination team may suspend a membership for breach of these conditions, for misuse of the room, or for non-payment once rates exist. Suspension closes open sessions instantly.
09 None of this is advice
The studio is a recording space. Nothing discussed or recorded in it constitutes legal, tax, financial or real estate advice from the office or from the brokerage.
